Our office is located at 7015 E. Central - between Woodlawn and Rock Road 

We are proud that our office is wheel-chair accessible. We have ramps from the parking area, an elevator, and wide doorways and hallways. Ample door side parking is available. 

For those early risers, Dr. Crowder schedules some days as early as 7:00 a.m. 

We provide a courtesy telephone in the reception area for the convenience of our patients and parents.. 

Debanding appointments in our office are a celebration and each patient is
presented with a gift certificate from Michael Bankston Photography for a complimentary 10 x 10 color portrait. We are proud to display that portrait in our Smiles Gallery for a few weeks before presenting it to the patient.
