A pleasing smile is great to have, no matter what your age or lifestyle, and is an excellent investment in a persons well being.  Being sensitive to the fact that different patients have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations, we provide several payment options.

 Flexible Payment Plans

Springstone / Capital One / Care Credit  

     Our Finance companies have flexible monthly payment options offered through our office. They are specifically designed for orthodontic procedures and allows treatments to begin with no initial payment and low monthly payments. Springstone, Capital One, and Care Credit offer you the following benefits.

·         No initial payment

·         Low fixed rates ranging from 1.99% - 23.99%

·         Payment plans ranging from 18 - 72 months

·         No prepayment penalty

For example, the monthly payment for a $5,000 fee may be as low as $107 per month. You can determine estimated payments for your procedure with the different payment calculators located on their web sites.  Please select a company above and use their payment calculator, or apply for credit through their online services.

Good credit standing is required. Once approved, you're ready to begin treatment right away!

Applicants must be 18 years of age, and gross family income must be at least $1,250 a month.

*Note: A payment of $107 per month is based upon a loan amount of $5,000 for 60 months @ 9.99%.  Your actual loan amount and monthly payment could vary.

Automatic Payments

We can now offer you an easy solution to paying your monthly orthodontic bill!  Rather than writing another check or calling in another credit card number, let us do it for you automatically every month.  All we need from you is your checking account number or credit card number and your signature to get started.

 Cash or Check

If you prefer you may pay by cash or check at the start of treatment. 

If you decide to pay in full we are happy to extend a 5% courtesy discount off your orthodontic treatment.

Office Plan

Our in office payment option does not require a down payment.  Your payment will be spread out equally over a 12 month period.  You are always welcome to make a down payment to lower your  monthly if you choose.  For example ( a $5000 dollar fee would give you monthly payments of $417.00 over 12 months, but if you made a down payment of as little as $1000.00 your payments would drop to $333.00).

Insurance Coverage

We will be happy to file any insurance for you, keep in mind that not all insurance companies cover orthodontic treatment. If your insurance provider does offer a benefit, our staff will be happy to file the claim for you.  All benefits are paid directly to the patient and do not come through our office.
